Spray Foam: Insulate, Save, Comfort

Spray foam insulation is a two part liquid material which is sprayed into position, it can be used to insulate your roof, loft, walls, floors and more. It has been used in homes for many years, and is now becoming increasingly popular due to just how effective it's insulating properties are and it can also stop air leakage.

There are two types of spray foam insulation to choose from:  Closed cell and Open cell spray foam. The spray that is best suited for your property is dependent on the application process.

OPEN CELL SPRAY FOAM INSULATION

Open-cell spray foam delivers a superior air barrier to traditional insulation in walls, floors, attics, etc. Spray Foam insulation will adhere to most construction surfaces and expand to create an airtight building envelope.

Also known as low-density spray foam, this foam type has a sponge like texture. Its open cell structure offers flexibility to the foam.

CLOSED CELL SPRAY FOAM INSULATION

Closed-cell spray foam insulation is a medium density, rigid spray foam with higher R Value (resistance to heat flow) per inch. Spray foam outperforms traditional insulation by providing an air, water and vapor barrier in a single component. Spray foam insulation adheres to most surfaces and expands to create a seamless, airtight building envelope. In addition, it offers outstanding high-performance options for commercial, industrial or agricultural applications.

PREVENTS MOISTURE

Control indoor humidity levels, reduce condensation and eliminate damp thanks to Synthesia's airtight barrier that has proven to be 24 times less permeable than other types of insulation.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Synthesia spray foam insulation stays in place and is effective even as properties move and settle over time, ensuring continuous performance.

NO HARMFUL CHEMICALS

Synthesia spray foam insulation does not include any harmful chemicals unlike traditional fibreglass which contains formaldehyde
